HCA Homes wants every customer to have the best home owning experience possible. After your purchase of an HCA home, you will receive a copy of the limited 10 year warranty which will be reviewed with you. In it, the specific items that will be covered under warranty will be listed along with instructions on reporting needed repairs to HCA. It is important to know that every home owner should perform an annual observation of foundations and flatwork. Also, keep in mind that the first ten years of a new home are its most formidable.
